Bọc kín giấy bạc trên miệng khuôn và mang hỗn hợp hấp cách thủy trong khoảng 20- 30 phút. Thỉnh thoảng bạn mở nắp nồi hấp để lau hết hơi nước bên trong. Tránh trường hợp để hơi nước đọng lại và rơi vào bánh.
